Ciao to our Italian friends from Cilento Youth Union, our partner from Italy.
With the help of them, participants practiced and learned several dances and songs from Italy and also found out interesting aspects about Italian culture. Participants also explored the culture and particularities of the Cilento area where the Italian partner is located and where our participants came from.
With music and a lot of energy participants learned how to dance two traditional dance of Campania Region: Tarantella and Tammurriata. They were explained also the meanings of how these dances were born.
Participants sang also together.
They have also danced, sang and used instruments producing a real show.
Buongiorno Italia gli spaghetti al dente
Participants learned how to make handmade pasta Cavatielli. The participants were divided in group of 4 or 5. They have received water and flour and then they learned how to make the specific pasta. To motivate participants we also had a competition of who makes the best shaped pasta and who manages to make the most in pasta in 5 minutes.
