PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEDING WITH REIMBURSEMENT FORM

Dear Friend,

We hope you spent a nice youth exchange in Etreogunt (or whatever it’s written). Now, we are on the last line before finishing the project and the last step of it is named DEOR (Dissemination and Exploitation of Results). DEOR basically means for you to communicate around you about the project.

It’s required by the European Commission in the Erasmus+ Programme (Page 13 of the Erasmus+ Programme Guide 2022, Communicating projects and their results to maximise impact).

We will need a bit more of your contribution before we are able to send you the reimbursement. To operate this DEOR, we need you to communicate and spread knowledge about Erasmus+ Youth opportunities and about the Youth Exchange in the way you want: for example you can:

– Meet your mayor and have a 1 to 1 talk with him/her about the project;
– Meet some friends who are unaware about Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges in a bar, youth center or anywhere suitable and introduce them to these opportunities.
– Go to High School or University and make a workshop or presentation;
– Write an article on your NGO’s website or send it to us and we will publish it on Sunrise Project Website;
– Write a social media post about the YE and Erasmus+;
– Contact your local radio or tv channel and ask them to feature you talking about Erasmus+ and the YE in a show;
– … These are just few examples, be creative and do what you want, just remember that European Commission wants Youth Exchanges to become super visible =)
