As a Sunrise Project Volunteer, I accept to obey the following rules:
1- Monthly Meeting
I am committed to make everything I can to be able to join the monthly meeting which will take place at the time decided during the previous monthly meeting. This Meeting will last between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
2- Weekly Report
I am committed to send an email every friday or saturday to sunriseproject.fr@gmail.com (email might change according to future instructions) containing the tasks I have accomplished with corresponding links to attest it.
3- My Tasks

Please select a volunteer role to make the "My Tasks" agreement appears.

As a Social Media Supervisor, I am committed to create 3 Social Media Posts per week.

As a Digital Space Manager, I am committed to upload all articles on the Website maximum 3 working days after they have been released.

As a Digital Content Creator, I am committed to write one article per week.

4- Holidays
To prevent breaking my peace of mind during Holidays and any free time during the year, I am committed to inform Sunrise Project France about my Holidays schedule during the Full Moon Meeting.
5- Confidentiality
I am committed to keep secret from the public anything that would be said during Monthly Meeting that would be confidential such as new projects approved, personal stories, financial issues, relations with the authorities or anything that would not be introduced as public information.
Anything I would talk with the volunteer manager will also be protected by confidentiality and under no circumstance will be transferred to another person.
5- Disciplinary Committee
In case of :

Malicious behavior with other members of Sunrise Project France or anyone else during a Sunrise Project France activity.
Malicious misuse of any tool provided by Sunrise Project France.
Confidentiality violation.
Skip sending reports for more than 2 weeks (Outside of planned Holidays) or participating in more than 1 monthly meeting.

I am committed to explain myself in front of the Disciplinary Committee composed of Sunrise Project France’s Administration Council and to accept any sanction that would be decided.

6- Interrupt the Volunteering
I am committed to inform by email my intention to interrupt the volunteering and my membership to Sunrise Project France organization. I am also committed to have a call meeting with the volunteering manager to talk about the situation and try to find a solution. If no solution is found, the former volunteer will be honorably considered as ex-member and will not be attached to his duty anymore.
